Basic Troubleshooting Suggestions
If you are experiencing issues with freezing, slow loading, or other issues while using Edgenuity and/orMyPath, please try the following:

Next, try the following troubleshooting methods - Instructions included:
- Make sure you are using Google Chrome.
- Clear your cache on Chrome.
- Clear your browsing data - Under the Chrome settings (should be the last icon on your browser bar on the far right-hand corner, select the "Privacy and Security" tab on the left. You will then see the option to clear your browsing data.
- Check to make sure you have the most updated version of Google Chrome.
- Turn off pop-up blockers
- Try restarting the computer a few times. Sometimes computers are buggy and a restart can get them thinking clearly again.
- Try an internet speed check website- to see if you have full connectivity.
- Try another browser such as Firefox or Safari
