Litchfield Elementary School District is proud to announce Aaron Gould as the new Principal of Western Sky Middle School for the 2026–2027 school year.
Mr. Gould brings more than 20 years of experience in education and currently serves as Assistant Principal at Western Sky, where he has supported student achievement, campus safety, and a strong, positive school culture. His leadership is rooted in collaboration, high expectations, and a commitment to ensuring every child succeeds.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gould has served as a teacher, instructional coach, mentor, and achievement advisor, with a strong focus on professional learning communities (PLCs) and data-informed instruction.
He holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. He is also a recipient of the PRIDE Award, Teacher of the Year, and Every Day Hero Award.
Mr. Gould looks forward to continuing to serve the Western Sky community and building on the school’s strong foundation to support all students in reaching their full potential.
